Introduction Text I'm Linda and 46. I live in Red Deer, Alberta and a mother/foster parent to 7 children. I am a self proclaimed food addict and I eat to relieve my stress which in the end also causes more stress. I have yo-yo'd with my weight so much since 2006 I am on trip number 3 to lose the same and more pounds as I have the last 2 times. I need to figure out why I self sabotage and why I can't stay at a healthy weight. I just want to be me again. I want to feel good about who I am and how I look and love the person in the reflection in the mirror.

My goal is to become fit and healthy. Long term goal to be 130 -140 lbs and for this to be the last time I make this journey. With having to start over again I am determined to make this a permanent life style change.

I am a mother of 3. Daughters 29 & 13, Son 14 plus we are foster parents to 4 boys and 1 girl. I have been married for 14 wonderful years to my best friend. And we have a grandson who is 1 yr old! I love being a grandma.

You have 2 choices make progress or make excuses. I am finally done with making excuses for my weight. You don't realize how strong a person really is until you see them at their weakest moment.
