I'm back after getting down to my "wedding" weight and then then gaining most of it back, boo. At least I didn't gain all of it! So, now I'm trying to drop the weight again..here's hoping!

Ok, I finally came up with my motivational list that MARLIE13 advised. Here I go:

Reasons to work my butt off, literally!
1) To finally buy a cute summer dress
2) To look great in a bikini, for once
3) To run a 5k without walking
4) To not breathe heavily after 4 flights of stairs
5) To have a rockin' biceps, thighs, glutes, etc.
6) To be able to wear superhero boots w/out buying wide leg
7) To have a normal BMI for my height
8) 6-pack, need I say more?
9) To have energy
10) To have a healthier longer life!

Well, I've been on a SP hiatus. The first time I lost ten pounds, that's huge for me! I felt like I could never lose any more than five pounds and then that little needle, on the scale, starts going back up. SP was my first success. However, I've gained it all back. :( Lack of cardio and not paying attention to what I'm eating does that to you. So, now I'm back with vengeance! I'm tired of not wearing shorts because I hate the way my legs look. And always covering myself up with layers upon layers to hide my spare tire. Yep, I have a spare tire! It's not only stored in my trunk. Anyway, ready to start fighting off the fat cells!

I've been trying to lose the Freshman 20/30 for the last 12 years. I hope I can find the support through the Spark Community!

Fitness Minutes: 2,417

My Goals:
- To achieve my goal by 10/31/10.

- To maintain my goal after 10/31/10.

- Gain muscle tone.

- Have more energy.


My Program:
- Couch to 5k 4-5 days a week.

- Strength training 4 days a week.

- Better food choices, even though I LOVE food!

- Only 1 piece of chocolate a day, this is going to be hard!!!








Personal Information:
Originally from MI, moved to KY for school. I played bball all my life and never had to worry about gaining weight. I could eat whatever I wanted and not gain a pound! Well, it's been 15 years and the pounds stuck! I never changed my eating habits. So, now I have to, boo.
