My Goals:
Long-term: Lose 100 Lbs

Time: 1 year

Goal Weight: 135

Short-term: Increase self-esteem, Do something active every day


My Program:
 Just trying to learn to live in moderation.

Would love to find a program I can stick to. I am really struggling with even getting started or finding any motivation.

I want to be a runner also. I have joined a meetup in the area, but so far have been too apprehensive to go. I'm afraid that if I go, I will be so slow that I will still be alone. :(

So I guess my current program is to find the courage to do what I know I need to.


Personal Information:
I am originally from Montana, but moved to North Myrtle Beach in 2011. I am married to a hardworking husband and I have 3 amazing kids that I want to set a better example for.

Update: Just moved to Raleigh. So far loving it here, but starting all over again making friends since I don't know a single person here.

Update: Now living in Lynchburg. Not sure where I'll end up at this point. So far, this place doesn't feel like home.

Other Information:
 All experts started out as beginners too!

    Thanks for the goodie! Yes, it is nice to have people close. So, you just moved here a year ago? I've been here 5 years. No family here, so it's hard with a child. It must be really hard with three kids being so far from home! Does your husband's family live in this area or did you come here for work?
