Run a half marathon
Wear a bikini
Be in the best shape of my life
Do 25 pushups consecutively
Have extreme confidence in myself
Help others in the same quest as me.
My Program:
Eat on avg. 1500 calories a day and do cardio 4-5 days a week. Strength train 2-3 days a week. Walk and take the stairs more often, and learn to enjoy eating more fruits and veggies.
