Working it again!
Started my journey again on July 11, 2015. I let myself get back into some very bad habits and gained more than ever. I'm ready to get back to the person I was a few years ago with more energy and happy to feel alive. I will get there and do my best not to make the same mistakes again! This time my husband is joining me so we can both get healthier. So proud of him and this journey we are making together.

My Goals:
I want to get my weight down to about 130. Again!!!
Eating better, drink water and exercise I can gain more energy and start living a more productive life.
My Program:
I am drinking my water and doing the strength training 3 days a week and walking or cycling at least 30 minutes for 6 days a week.
I am watching everything I eat.
Trying to keep motivated.
Personal Information:
I'm from Greenville, TX. The mother of three wonderful kids age 24-29.
A grand mother to 6 wonderful little people!
Other Information:
I loved to ride my motorcycle, read, crochet, knit.
The books I read are mostly horror books. Need to pick up a few motivational ones too.
My favorite music is Rock, classics to current.
