Introduction Text I'm a 27-year-old wife, stepmom and part-time library employee. I managed to lose 30lbs between September 2007 and April 2008 using the SparkPeople "system," but fell off the bandwagon after a move from Florida to Illinois (just in time for winter!) and gained back about half. Talk about demoralizing! However, I'm very fortunate in the amazing support network I have. On top of an outstanding, encouraging group of family and friends, I also have the greatest husband in the world. Keeping up with him is a fitness goal all on its own!

I'm hoping to get back into the shape I was in before I moved in with my then-boyfriend, now-husband. I was about 125 of solid muscle and now I'm 140 of not-solid-muscle! Mostly what I'm aiming for is to be as healthy as I can be. I want to have a long, happy, healthy life with my best friend, the love of my life.

Nutrition: I eat every three hours. Ideally, I consume between 1300 - 1600 calories over the course of five or six meals each day. Fitness: Working on getting back into the swing of 30+ minutes of cardio five days a week and strength training four days per week. Hoping to work in some CrossFit-esque workouts soon.
