1. TRUST JESUS TOTALLY AND GIVE YOURSELF TO HIM.
2. WAKE UP EVERY MORNING HUNGRY AND THIRSTY for
God's Word, His righteousness and His will for your life.
3. STUDY NUTRITION. REFUSE TO CONTAMINATE YOUR BODY
with food and drinks preserved with poison.
4. DRINK PURE WATER, six to eight glasses daily, other
beverages--tea, coffee, and cold drinks--do not count.
5. EXERCISE. Find a regime suitable for you and stick to it.
