I joined the BABS 2020 Sparktastic Summer Slimdown and I am hoping to use this challenge to reach my goals:

1. Have a controlled eating of snacks - no more binging
2. Eat only when hungry and until satisfied
3. Exercise daily, either planned or spontaneous
4. Goal weight -- 128 pounds

This spring has been stressful, (I am positive many of you can relate), During the stay at home order, we decided to isolate 2 of our grandchildren here with us and had the privilege of homeschooling a preschooler and 3rd grader.

Plus my parents were in a facility that had some COVID-19 cases and they were put in lock-down.

My participation in the winter challenge went by the wayside. Now, with a new season, I am hoping for a fresh start. I am coming out of my cocoon and am being transformed into a Beautiful Amethyst Butterfly.
