So, it's a new year. Time to set new goals. Lord knows, I have restarted this journey many times since I joined SparkPeople in 2007, but I really feel ready this time.

Fitness Minutes:

My Goals:
To work out 5 days per week.
To do cardio as well as as weight training.
To log food and excercise daily.
My Program:
Restarting small. I will work out, even if it is just a 10 minute walk, at least 5 days per week. I will track my food and blood sugar 5 days a week.
Personal Information:
I come from a small town in northern Michigan. We are not really that far north, but people from the cities of Midland and Saginaw think we are! Our town is Beaverton. Small and quiet!
Other Information:
It is health that is the real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver.
