Ready for a lifestyle change! You are never too old to change your eating and exercise habits and reverse the negative consequences of obesity. Currently on HBP meds and have issues with sleep apnea... hope to see those both gone in the near future! I'm following an Atkins style low-carb food plan.

Lose 100+ pounds over the next 13-16 months.

My Program:
 Going low-carb. Only 2 servings of fruit and 2 grains per day. The rest is protein, vegetables, and healthy fat.
