Leaving the Keto way of life . Going back to low fat. Counting calories. Starting Spark people all over again

I am an LPN and married to a retired Marine.

Also I have osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, Chronic fatigue , abductor muscles/tendon strain seasonal allergies and severe GERD. Also just had back surgery to my lower lumbar/sacral spine in Oct, 2019 .

I am a nurse I work 12 to 16 hrs a day. 3 to 4 times a week and by the time I come home and feed rabbits cats and dogs. And
myself it's time to go to bed

I have a 43 acre mini farm.that is mostley wooded. where i raise rabbits, & chickens, I have a garden, an orchard, and a lot of flower gardens. I go hiking in the woods during the spring and fall months. My pets are Molly, and Sadie my dogs and Marissa , Mindy and Nicholas my cats. Buttercup, Charlie brown, Elsa , Franky, Skye , Dixie,, Winston, Prince , Piper, Grouchy Momma , Mr Cotton, Cinnabun, and Harvey My rabbits,

I would love to make some new friends on here That can travel this journey with me so that we may encourage and motivate each other to our weight loss goals.

My Goals:
My Goals are to ;
1. even though every one around me is junk food mania. I plan to stay off the Processed foods, sweets bread , rice and starchy vegies
2. drink more water at least a gallon a day
3. move more even if its not "Exercise" not sitting on the couch or computer chair all day.

My Program:
Due to the Extreme GERD I have I have changed my diet back to low fat.

Personal Information:
I am from the Midwestern United States. Near St Louis MIssouri. I live on 43 acres of woodlands , in which I raise chickens , & rabbits . I have a large garden plot and a small fruit orchard. I also have 3 cats and 2 dogs. I am also a Mother , Step mother , and Grandmother .

I crochet , do embroidery & ,quilting, and love to cook.

Other Information:
I have found that if you want it bad enough you find away to attain it, I was on Keto for almost 2 years and it was sustainable but not practical for me . I stopped loosing weight after my surgery and gained a few pounds back, I've got to relearn how to eat low fat again, but I believe if I stay away from bread , rice , starchy vegies, and processed foods I should do ok ,, I plan to eat whole foods if I cant pronounce the ingredients I wont be eating it .
