Thank You all my SPARK friends. This is the beginning of a new year. 2020 was rough for all of us. I am a nurse. I am director of a rehab/nursing home. So this is a challenging job even before a pandemic. On days off I rest and recuperate from work. My favorite outdoor activity is riding my bicycle, swimming and hiking. My favorite indoor exercise is walking on the treadmill , doing a Denise Austin workout and riding my recumbent bike.
