Fitness Minutes: 80

My Goals:
-Get my depression under control.
-Lose weight (well duh..)
-Learn to keep it off by making better choices.

My Program:
 I'm pretty out of shape, but I do what I can. I've been riding my bike around the neighborhood and going a little bit farther every day. Biking isn't much, but its a lot more than I was doing. I will also be a bit more active when school starts as I drive a bus for the Special Ed department of the local school system, and where as it's mostly driving, it is by no means a job where you just sit around all day.
