Introduction Text Always be yourself, unless you can be a flamingo, then always be a flamingo. I am proud to be a part of the flamazing Pink Flamingo flock for the BL 2020 Spring into Fitness Challenge. I am hopeful that with their support that I will continue to push towards my goals. Most of the times I am a type A person. Who am I kidding, I am always a type A. Ha Ha! However, I do crash and burn because of this. As I seem to be getting older (I am still waiting on my age reversal order from Amazon, but alas, it hasn't been fulfilled yet). I am seeking to find more balance in all aspects of my life and to figure out what is truly important and to learn to let everything else go. It is going to work out...It always does.

1) To put the truly important things in life first. 2) Be thoughtful in all of my actions and interactions. 3) Make sure that I smile at least once a day.

Always working forwards as I am not sure what is working for me any more. (Not in a negative way, just thoughtful).
