After losing 35 lbs in 2013, I need to find motivation to get the last 10 lbs off and to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I live on a hay farm with lots of yard birds and love gardening and DIY projects. Since I also work full-time, finding time to exercise and cook is a challenge. Getting on SP is a first step towards maintaining a healthier lifestyle for me.
