I have a desire to change the me I have become into the me that I really am.

I have a dream to be free from the struggles that keep me away from the things that I love most.

I am doing the impossible...taking hold of the reins of my life and stirring in a direction I have watched others pave the way of.

My Goals:
My goals are to lose 92 lbs. That means a lot though. Since food has been an emotional crutch, this means I have to learn how to deal with things in another way. My whole life is changing as a result of this decision...weight loss will be the evidence.

My Program:
 I am taking small steps. I have a stressful life as it is so I am just doing cardio 3 times a week and watching my diet. After a month of this, I will add more cardio and do any other changes I need at that time. Just dealing with today really.


Personal Information:
I am from New Orleans, LA. (No, I was not effected by Hurricane Katrina). I haven't lived in New Orleans since 2000. I live in southwest Louisiana now.

My name is Tiesha (pronounced like "Tasha"--I know it is spelled weird already!) I am 27. I have been married for almost 8 years. I have 3 kids (6, 5, & 3--a fun house).



Other Information:
 I loooove to swim. This is why I have to get into bathing suit condition quick. I enjoy traveling. Cruises are my favorite!
