fodmapper
I'm now a fodmapper. I have completed the elimination phase, and now I'm up to the challenges and reintroduction schedule.
So far, I have reintroduced fructose, polyols 1 (sorbitol), fructose, and fructans with varying levels of success.
It appears that I cannot tolerate lactose or caffeine. So I have put that challenge on hold for the moment.
Currently working on foods that contain both fructans and galactans (oligosaccharides).

This is not a weight loss diet, but to see if I can get my life back diet.
I will be adding back the foods that were eliminated to see which foods are the ones that cause me issues.
I have put my weight loss goals on hold. However, I will continue to be mindful of what I'm eating and keep an eye on portion sizes.
Without trying, I have lost 2kg in 6 weeks. Probably because I am measuring all the ingredients.
