Fat Goes Bye-Bye


I am a 42 year old, fed up with weight male. I've recently been diagnosed with Diabetes and working very hard to stay off medication.

I didn't make it, I went from an A1C of 10.4 down to a 7.6 which is a significant change just by diet and exercise but not fast enough to keep the risk of not using medication from being a reality.

My current goal is go lose 30 lbs in one year and be off Metformin. I know I can do it.

My Goals:
Lose 2 lbs a week

Exercise daily

Eat better and live healthier

Get to a point where I manage diabetes without medication

Stretch after exercising

My Program:
 I work out on my treadmills for an hour

I need to add core exercise to my daily activity.




Personal Information:
I live in the Greater Kansas City area on the Missouri side.

I'm an introvert who will talk to anyone once the conversation is started ;)
