Introduction Text Woah. I really have to edit this page. Haven't been here in awhile and soooo much has changed. I've become a stay at home mom, say what?!?!?!? More on that later!

I hope to get to my long-term goal of 140. But now that I'm 155, I'm finding that it's less about the scale and more about how I feel and look. 140 might be too low for me, especially given how I lift weights. I'm just hoping to continue to transform my body.

Cardio 3x week Weights 3x week
