After years of losing weight, gaining the weight back. And being told I was only points away from being diabetic-- I decided this was my wake-up call. However, I also needed something to be accountable too. I saw this website Spark people and really liked the fact I could track my food and exercise. And being inspired by all the wonderful stories, your stories, was an added bonus.
May we all be inspired to take care of ourselves, we only have one life, may we make it our best.
