Introduction Text I hunt the Niobrara River and Fort Robinson in Nebraska. I hunt the Mogollon Rim for elk and the White Mountains for turkey in Arizona. I have land on the Niobrara River with river frontage. Just started single action shooting and cowboy fastdraw. I shoot the 45 Colt. Alias is Alleluia Ruah. To get my body fat to 22% while being fit and in condition to hike and hunt.

I follow the recommendation of Dr. Sears in "Enter the Zone" which says that we should eat what we were genetically made to eat. Protein should be at a 75% ratio with carbs. Fats don't really matter. It is the carbs that make you gain weight.



The blue monkeys in Avatar were a faith-based, spirit-filled, prayful, grateful, fit, people. Sort of what we would be if we ate and did what we should. The Lord did not make us to be fat, ill, or recumbent.
