My original goal was to LOOK GOOD (at least how I want to look in my mind) for a friend's wedding last July. Well, that didn't turn out. So now I'm starting again. It's a fresh, new year and I know where I've made mistakes. I have a hard time changing them. I'm starting couch to 5k (again?) and I'm going to try to bike a lot more this summer. I'm going to choose to make the healthier choice if/when I go out to eat and when I make dinner for myself and my husband. I need to be much more serious about this than I ever was before.

My Goals:
My biggest goal is to lose some inches before July 1st for my best friend's wedding-- I'm a bridesmaid, eep~! I had to order a size 8 dress because of my FAT ASS. I have yet to try the dress on, though. Hoping for the best!

My Program:
Currently working on the Spring into Summer SP boot camp. Going to add C25K back into my life and since I live close to mountains, I'm going to try getting into hiking once a week (maybe!) as well as biking more when it's nice outside. Fingers are crossed!

Personal Information:
I'm from Southern NJ, but moved to Vancouver, Canada in December 2009. For 1 year I was not able to work becuase it would have been illegal, so I sat around eating while on the computer a lot. I used to weigh ~110 but have since then ballooned to 125! Yikes. I now work at a law firm and every Friday is "Extreme Treat Day". I use this as breakfast almost every Friday. A few months of this has not helped my weight, to say the least. Time to get fit!!

    Hi! I read your comment on my sparkpage. I, too would love to get rid of the hips and thighs! I wish I could redistribute all my below the waist fat to the top side! haha. I guess lots of women do. Too bad the fat likes to settle in the hips - I hate it, too. Can't spot reduce though. So I guess you and I are trying to do the same thing - just seeing how much I can lose there without losing so much on top I look bulemic or something.

    You look great in your picture! You must be really short to want to be 100 lbs. How old are you? cause that makes a difference. I am concerned you are wanting something that isn't even healthy. ALso, check your page - I was comparing measurements with yours - your bust size prob is a misprint. I'm very flat chested but 24" sounds like it should be 34" which would be a good proportion.
