    I know that I have been MIA but I have been so busy its crazy (plus) my hand got swollen for a while, to much typing or as the doctor called it Arthritis's, but I am back to normal again!

    Looking at your page, I see we have some things in commone: military family and fibromyalgia. You'll find that really working through the SP diet stages (which are NOT 'a diet' at all!) gives some coping strategies that are useful in all areas of our lives!
