Sense of accomplishment. 10 minute warm-up on the elliptical, 15 minute jog on the treadmill and 30 minutes of core exercises.Often forgotten.....You're never too old to dream a new dream.When I'm feeling a bit lazy, I just push myself a little and find that the rest follows almost quite effortlessly.I've always used this as an excuse. This is a reminder to myself to snap out of it.I have experienced all three of these. I've had two people tell me already that I have lost weight and that my body is taking shape. The hard work is paying off.Appreciate every moment of your life because it will soon fade away and you will be wishing you could savor it one more time.My mind tricks me into thinking I am tired.
