I put on my wedding dress today! It was a bitter sweet moment. So happy with the progress, so sad it doesn't fit anymore.
I didn't realize how much weight I had gained, was under so much stress, and stayed at 165 for a while! I then learned that at 22 my cholesterol was REALLY HIGH and played with making a change. And here I am now! Healthier and happier!#BeforeAndAfter

I set out this year to NOT make a new years resolution. January 2, 2018 (not January 1), I changed the way I was living my life. I started Whole 30 and hitting the gym 4-5 days a week. Today I have a balanced eating routine (thanks to Whole 30 for the reset!). I log all of my food and I enjoy food way more!! I lost 17 lbs and am physically stronger than I have ever been. I hit the gym 6 days a week, hike 1 day a week, and do yoga 4 days a week. If I can do it YOU CAN DO IT!
