January 2, 2018 (not January 1), I changed the way I was living my life. I started Whole 30 and hitting the gym 4-5 days a week. Today I have a balanced eating routine (thanks to Whole 30 for the reset!). I log all of my food and I enjoy food way more!! I lost 17 lbs and am physically stronger than I have ever been. I hit the gym 6 days a week, hike 1 day a week, and do yoga 4 days a week.
