A year ago I weighed in at 190 lbs. Today I weighed in at 132lbs. Last year I was wearing a size 16+ in jeans. Today I'm wearing a size 2.
Every single day I wake up, and I wish I was where I wanted to be. But remembering where I was before (skimming 200 lbs, size 18 in pants). And seeing where I am now, it makes me get up every day and keep trying. Attempting to tighten all the loose skin from before is what's really set me back emotionally, but I'm trying. "Embrace your Imperfections" is what my little tattoo says, and that's what I'm trying to do.
1/2 cup Plain greek yogurt with 1/2 cup honey oat squares. After 80 minutes of working out, this was perfect! 😃
I wasnt prepared for the soreness in my legs today. But it's not going to stop me from hitting the gym today. #hike #gym #gettinghealthy
