Lost another 5 pounds this week. 22 in total. CAN'T wait to be in those 50.
It's been one year and 3 moths that I started my weight loss journey. I've lost a total 86 pounds It's been a roller coaster. I'm still not where I want to be. But I feel so proud of what I have achieved! #BeforeAndAfter
Wanting to post this picture for a while but I was scared to do it. I remember taking this picture at my heaviest thinking I will never be able to lose weight. So if posting this can help or motivate someone having a bad day or feeling like you are failing. Keep your goals clear. But most of all don't quit. I never thought in a million years I will be where I am now. And thank you to all the Spark people that post there before and after because that got me motivated through out my journey.
Was craving pancakes. So had to make some my healthy way.😁
Not at my goal weight. Need 10lbs but I'm not in a rush have all 2019 to do it. I feel stronger than ever. Losing a total of 125 pounds.
Haven't taken a picture in a while with my shorts . To continue seeing my progress. Next journey working in getting a tummy tuck. I think I deserve it and work hard for it. I'm nervous yet excited.

Just finished my workout and having breakfast a little late; however is, Full on protein to start my day. Don't restrict yourself from your cravings just find ways to do them healthy. Have a bless day!!
We are going to Disney for the first time and feel like a kid I'm really excited, Every vacation we took back then I will think and hesitate if I would make it or hold my family back since I was embarrassed that I wouldn't fit or get tired. And I did struggle in some, but I am so happy about this new journey of my life it's been hard but worth it. For myself, health and family. Thank you spark ppl.💞
This year has been great feel I accomplished a lot. But Maintenance has gotten to be way harder than the actual weight loss it's self. Since I'm at my comfortable weight it's so hard and easier to give into cravings and that willpower is just not as strong! Anyways, need to get back on track and set myself new goals for 2020. Despite sometime my loose skin bothering me. Giving up is not an option. Happy New!!
