Thank you spark ppl.💞See this image largerThis year has been great feel I accomplished a lot. But Maintenance has gotten to be way harder than the actual weight loss it's self. Since I'm at my comfortable weight it's so hard and easier to give into cravings and that willpower is just not as strong! Anyways, need to get back on track and set myself new goals for 2020.
