Did an amazing workout this morning, did HIIT training which I love! Only took 36 minutes which isn’t long at all and burned about 313 calories so feeling great. Also gotta say that I love my new workout leggings from old navy love love love!!
HIIT Workout this morning which was amazing, burned a good bit of calories in such a short time and that’s why I LOVE HIIT training :)
