Here I am in a brand new dress after having loss 70 pounds.
This was me about two years ago!
After looking at these side by side I'm even more determined than ever. Can't wait till I hit my next big goal. The first one was to get to 350lbs which I hit before I joined SP. New goal is to get to 300lbs. That's only 35 more to go. I can do this!!!??

Got up late today! Finally ate breakfast eggs with broccoli and chopped onions with a side of homemade maple bacon.
Ok so I go ahead and track the household tasks that I do like cooking, cleaning etc because these are things I use to not be able to do or chose to not do because I would be too tired or lazy.

Made homemade nachos tonight for dinner. Not feeling guilty either since it was the main thing I ate all day! The family absolutely enjoyed them!
day 39 of my streak for "Track food or water" earned 5/5/2017
Feeling skinny today! Ready to go out shopping and have fun with the family.
Asian Turkey Burger with a side of my Asian Pineapple Slaw for dinner. (486 Cal)
Had a feast of a breakfast eggs with steak, broccoli onions and a little cheese on top and some fried potatoes with ketchup. (503 Cal). Not bad especially since I used one whole egg and the equivalent of 1 large egg in liquid whites. Also, cut fat by not using any butter. 😊
Planning ahead really helps!😊
Been awhile since I’ve posted anything here. My progress keeps going on tho. I’ve now lost a total of 97lbs and hope by March to get the all clear from the pulmonologist to get the trach removed.
I have nowhere able to get healthy and fit enough to get the tracheotomy removed!
