Woohoo! I broke the barrier! That darn number. Every time I reach a certain weight (usually after losing 20 pounds), I start to self-sabotage and gain it all back. Not this time. I was prepared for the funk to set in and beat it. I’m a legit one pound under the nefarious weight. I’ve lost the same 20 pounds so many times. Each pound lost from now on is new! 🎉 Holy moly! Such a huge sense of relief.
