12 days and finally lost 5 lbs.This is a war that I will keep on keepin on.
30 minutes today on the treadmill at 2 miles an hour(forgot to add yesterday's 30 min) and some other days as well(here and there).Whips my butt and I sweat like a run over dog and I hate to sweat!
Here's my home made yogurt that I have been making for years and years and years.You can put a small amount of sweetner or just fruit or nothing at all.It is so easy to make.
