Here to stay on track and get some motivation to keep pushing along. I want and need to lose a good 30 lbs to be comfortable and about 35/40 to be at a “healthy” weight. Any advice or good low carb quick meal ideas ??
Day 1: Garden salad for breakfast 😍 About to walk the doggies !!! I will be clocking all my exercise and food plus water 🙌 I’m so excited for this journey to start
Dinner tonight !! Baked bbq chicken, carrots and celery with cauliflower mashed potatoes 😍
Blessed enough to get both my workout and bedtime stretches in 🙌
Breakfast: tuna made with mustard instead of mayo 4 saltines carrots broccoli cucumbers and grapes with some black coffee oh yeah and my small side of ranch 😫 after a small nap I will be taking my walk with the doggies and my routine workout 🙌
Last nights dinner: stuffed mushrooms with chicken and cheese and a nice garden salad, as you can see I have not had the power to kick the ranch just yet 😫 but dinner was great. I woke up today ready to scrub the house head to toe and get a walk and 15 minute work out in before bed wish me lots of luck 🙌
