My SP coach just emailed me this, and it's like a lightbulb went off! "Losing weight isn't something that you can actually do, like getting out of bed in the morning. It's something that happens when you do certain other things fairly consistently over time." Must remember this!

I chose a healthy yet yummy lunch, then asked for a box right away so I can save half for tomorrow. I also counted out a serving of tortilla chips so I don't nibble away at the whole basket. Win!

Got free TMobile ice cream at BR today. Checked the nutrition before ordering and made sure I had room in my daily totals. Ordered a flavor I love, ate it slowly and loved every bite. When I was halfway through, I realized I was satisfied, so I threw the rest out. It wasn't out of guilt; I just didn't want the rest. I have never done that in my life. Score!
