Cut caffeine to 12oz or less a day. Working every day, learning, and moving in the right direction! 

Had a good weekend with graduations and traveling, even with the rain. So proud of them. Missed logging in and tracking a few days. Back at it today!

The SP I know and love is a hate free zone. I enjoy not being confronted with judgement, politics, forced religion, and hate speech here. Sadly, there are some opinions going around about a public figure today. We are all here to better ourselves. Lets not tread on others as part of that process.

Avoided hard candy this morning and 25% on my water so far. It is a good day!

I was able to stay in my calorie range yesterday and drink all of my water.

Completed measurements today. The last time I measured things was 7/3/19. I was working out regularly then. Of course, today everything is bigger. I know I have lost some because my clothes feel better. I did not measure when I began again 1/2/20. I can't imagine what my numbers were then!
I have a long day today. Wednesdays are a marathon. 8 hours at job 1, 5 hours at job 2.

I weighed yesterday and had lost one pound. I weighed this morning, something I rarely do. I LOST 4 POUNDS!! WHAT?!?!?!?!
