Didn't set out to win this Fitbit challenge but it feels good that I did!!
I know you can only see part of the picture, but it's from my husband's company wellness site. You can earn points to get a health insurance discount for the following year and I earned 250 points for completing 2 million steps taken since Jan 1st!! I completed the last million since June. :) Woohoo!
5 lbs from goal and feeling pretty good about that! Married 41 years today and headed out to eat with hubby. I plan to eat salmon, veggies and a salad but no promises I won't take a bite of dessert! lol
Had an 18 week weight loss challenge with some friends that ended with today's weigh in...I lost exactly 9 lbs so I feel like a winner for sure!! Besides, my head is in a much better place now and I'm back on SPeople all the time too...another win-win! One one pound until my goal weight. :)
Traveling, but I found the hotel fitness room and got in a 30 min workout this morning! 😊

Just want to brag a little on my youngest son! He is 18 and graduated high school in May and he has officially finished his Two Year Degree at the community college...WooHoo! He took dual credit classes during 11th & 12th grade...which wasn't easy since he also worked 25-30 hours a week at a tire shop....but HE DID IT!! #oneproudmama

Shopping with my friend in the Phillippines for today's lunch....fish stuffed with vegetables....can't get much fresher than this!
This is my first cruise since I reached my goal weight a year ago and it is definitely challenging my willpower but I'm doing ok! I packed my scale bc I'm a daily weigher, I'm eating a healthy breakfast each day and not going overboard OR depriving myself the rest of the time. I'm drinking plenty of water and walking a lot. That's my plan! :)

It has taken me 10 weeks to do it, but I FINALLY LOST 5 LBS!! Happy dance this morning....halfway to my goal of losing 10 lbs!!!
It's not as pretty a place to walk as some pics I see on here but this is my neck of the woods to walk on! I get a few steps just walking the trash can down to the big road lol

Last sunrise on the beach....vacation is over but the fitness journey continues! I'll have to keep walking and moving, even if it's not on the beach!
