See this image largerToday I did 30 minutes of yoga!! I found that Amazon Prime has many exercises I can do in my home for free when I am cocooning from the winter's frigid cold. My food is being tracked, and so I find myself being on track. Today I faced the reality of my measurements. I was so shocked over how much I gained. In my head I'm still my skinny old self.
