I have tried counting my calories before but up. But I went to the doctors and I keep gaining not losing. This last time I had gained 8.5 more pounds in 3 months. Right now I weight 275. I make non sugar fresh fruit smoothie for breakfast and started working out a little at first and eating a rid bit healthier. I have only been on this kick for 2 days.
