Down 11lbs since 11/4/17, 89 more to go! 2nd day of rowing machine, what an amazing full body workout! Can't believe I didn't do this before! Goal for this year is to walk to work (1.5mi each way) 🚶🏻♀️3x a week and go to gym 💪 🏋️♀️ 2x a week. So far I have been successful since last week. I have to say as much as Kanye is annoying as a person, his music is what keeps me going hard on my workouts!!#kanye #beastmodeAlmost back to Onederland!! Been hovering over 200.0 for a couple weeks, stop teasing me and go scale! Lol. Hopefully soon 🙏😊💃🏼 More importantly I'm down 37lbs and never felt better and not stressing over every pound for once in my life. gna/Protein packed #keto breakfast! Omelette w/Monterey Jack cheese, turkey bacon, cream cheese and fresh end of season garden tomato! So tasty and down another 0.6lbs today! Total of 10.6lbs down so far 2 weeks into keto but more importantly clothes fitting better, better mood and not always hungry like before on low carb/low fat/low calorie restricted diets I used to do. I think I can do this!Getting so close to the 180’s!! Haven’t been below 190 in 2 years!! Started at 202lbs. Bought a pair of size 12 pants on sale yesterday, a little tight and won’t zip up fully but I know in maybe just a month I’ll be able to wear them! #goalpants #keto #letsdothis #motivationMade low carb/#keto pesto shrimp with shirataki nasoya zero carb spaghetti! So delish and I don’t really miss spaghetti! Key is to rinse the noodles then let them soak in salt water for 30min before cooking in a pan with some flavorful sauce (pesto, Alfredo, marinara).
