I can't run, but I got the email today for To Write Love On Her Arms's annual Run For It 5K, and I'm thinking of getting the whole family involved in it this year. I'd love for you to join us! More info: this image largerThere is rain in the forcast today, the clouds are rolling in and I don't think we're getting the hike we'd planned today. This week, I've logged 3.04 miles on the treadmill and 8.22 miles on the elliptical for a total of 11.26 miles this week.See this image largerWe got our hike in this morning, in the wind and a little bit of snow. I'm guestimating we went about 1.78 miles. My phone died about halfway up, so I doubled the recorded milage. But, I watched the sun come up, then opened my window to let the sun in for meditation. Tomorrow, I start a new chapter in my yoga practice. And I think I may try a long walk this afternoon.
