Rode my bike to work yesterday and today, then last night I did this workout with a 120# barbell. Fun stuff.Crossing the finish line. Workout today: mowing the lawn with a 30# pack. I went light because I'm still sore from Friday's workout.Post workout selfie. Tonight was deadlifts, floor presses, and some Simple and Sinister with the 50# kettlbell.Font and back 121220. It may be a right of passage to tear your calluses during a workout, but its much better to not miss a workout due to a ripped up hand. I sand mine every so often and lotion every night. Some days I feel stronger than others, today I'm not feeling as strong, but I'm still stronger than I was this time last year. A little bit of Simple and Sinister. It was tough, but I am getting stronger. My goal is 100 single hand swings at 32k in 5 minutes followed by 10(5 each side) Turkish get ups in under 10 by my 50th birthday.
