I'm down 50 lbs but I really can't tell that much. I still have a loooonggg way to go. First pic was a year ago, the other is today.New cut new color to celebrate my weight loss still only 50 lbs down but it's better than nothing.Well, I fell off track and I got a lil lazy over the summer. All this heat just got me down. I gained 15 lbs in 2 months, on the bright side I'm still 35 lbs down.From here on out back on track I go! Hopefully I can stick to it.Instead of snacking when I'm bored i decided to keep my hands busy by doing something productive. I really enjoy crocheting and decided to make a afghan to fit my bed.I've been keeping my hands really busy. I've been making things to sell at a craft fair. Hats, headbands, and blankets. Now after some coffee I'll be ready to take on the world! Have a great day Spark Family! 💜💙💜This is the start of tonight's dinner. Roast covered with rosemary and thyme and lots of veggies. Crock pot style.Still keeping my hands busy i made a hat set. One small and one big.I did a 30 min workout on my home treadmill which switches from 2.8-3.1mph. I wonder why the calorie count is so much different.After having a horrible migraine all day, and not feeling like cooking or eating much, i came up with this. Baked sweet potato, veggies and a pickle. I know it doesn't look great.Its not beautiful but this is tomorrow's breakfast: milk, protein powder, oatmeal, and high protein trail mix all blended together to make this shake.To my wonderful Spark Family!!

Its not a lot but now i know i can amp it up a bit.Some pictures from my walk by the Ohio river on this gloomy day. It was around 1:30 this afternoon.Stopped eating at 6:00 p.m. Been drinking water and peppermint tea today. I got all 8 cups in. I kept my hands busy and made this little hat. #h2whoaThe weather was beautiful, I had to go for a walk!I more than doubled my steps for the day. Yay!A picture from my very windy walk today. Winds were 15-20 with gusts to 40 mph. I will take wind over snow any day and I think these Canada geese will too!I didn't exercise today but i did eat healthy.
