Leftover turkey tenderloin...broccoli slaw...mushrooms...egg and coconut oil seasoned with hymalayan pink sea salt and cracked black pepper...with my morning coffee 538 calories ...I know it's a big breakfast but it's the best way to start the day :)

I started week 2 of 22 minute hard corps...this is big for me...because I got over the one week hump...I have been going good for a week and then...going off for a couple weeks...but I am not giving up this time!

I'm prepped for the next 3 days....this will make it easier for me to stop getting in to the bad foods just because it's convenient....I will also have breAkfast of a protein shake with a frozen banana :)
Surrounded by cakes and pies...this is my biggest loser type temptation...but I got this ...nothing is gonna stop me...I put all these cakes away...in the freezer at work...here I sit eating my green beans quinoa and baked chicken...:) I can do this
