Walk Route *To The Top* Trialhead, Cedarbrook, Sunset Canyon.1.14.21 *Baby Snake*I really enjoyed my walk this afternoon, challenge for today was to walk to the top of 3 of the steepest streets in the area, and I did it! It was a 542 ft elevation change = 51 Fitbit floors.
I started wearing my Fitbit last week Tuesday, i love the reports!
Iâ€™m pleased with my Consistency, Effort, Results, Nutrition, H20. I need to improve my Sleep, tonight is 8hrs., gonna do it!
