No longer carrying pain on my shoulders and I'm thankful everyday day 💯💪. Your hard work is and will pay off ... just like anything else in this life, losing weight takes time. I have been on this site since 2012 but not very active. However, I have read inspiring and amazing stories! Thank you all 💪Right Back at it this morning! Yes, my body is definitely sore from weight training but if I wasn't sore then I didn't workout hard enough 💯. I am determined to stay healthy. Why wait to be healthy and get fit. I have used a wall calendar marking the days that I worked out as well as recording my weight. This holds me accountable and if I can see it, it keeps me from slacking! I used SparkPeople to track my meals for daily caloric intake. I most certainly use a tracker and love Fitbit 💯.is #tuesdaytransformation #tuesdaymotivation

Don't be afraid of the changes you encounter after losing a significant amount of weight! You'll gain and lose friends! This journey is not about pleasing people, it's about self satisfaction, ( what makes you happy) including health & fitness 😊is Managed to get my 2 hr workout in ... the grind doesn't stop just because you lost weight. LIFESTYLE CHANGE 💯💪✅My entire family worked out with me today! It feels good to know that they are taking Health & Fitness seriously....I haven't done a double in a long time .... gradually getting back to the 2X workouts... the benefits are awesome👀💯. I might even make it to 1 LB of fat burned for the day😂 To lose 1LB of FAT, burn 3,500 calories ✅Only good news to report this morning is that I burned 1LB of FAT yesterday 😉. This body did a double yesterday so I must rest today 😂✅.Make It Cout💪💯
1 hour cardio and 45 min weight training 😉.Just viewing yesterday's stats vs today 🏋🏽♀️. It is evident that incorporating weight training into your exercise routine, you'll burn a lot more calories and do less the amount cardio activity! Yes, I burned 1 LB of FAT today and fell short yesterday!
I knew this but these numbers are staggering to see 😂Just maybe I can get out of this BED now.... I worked my A__ off in the gym yesterday & every muscle aches now 😂😂😂😂😂
Not to mention my calorie burn of 4,304 ... LOL
I need to pace myself but when you enjoy working out 🏋, you don't actually feel pain until the next day!Finished my 2 hour workout.... Some people think I don't need to lose any more weight! However, I'm far from being skinny. I weigh 170LBS and would like to lose about 15 more pounds! Tonight is weight training.
