Trying to keep myself motivated, missed my workout today and slipped up by eating cheesecake yesterday :( hoping to get back on track tomorrow. I've worked too hard to slip back into old habits
Its a beautiful day so making up for yesterday by smashing some miles with the small person along the canal, 20, 585 steps and counting.......
So over the moon right now! Finally for the first time in years i have made it into the healthy weight range. Now just to try and get it in the middle of the green
So one small person decided to be awake for most of the night! Think im functioning on around 2 hours of sleep. Not feeling the workout love today! Lots of coffee required
Ab workout? Not according to my little one! Some baby sabotage is going on here today! Apparently workout time is the perfect opportunity to use mummys tummy to bounce on. Happy Friday everyone
Yay so today i finished my 30 day ab challenge.....
7.9lbs lost
2 inches lost from hips,waist and tummy circumference,
1.1%body fat lost
Dropped 1 dress size
Reduced stretchmarks and cellulite

Pulled it back today, hopefully should make up for my 4 day binge!
So signed up to start Aerial hoop workouts! My first class is tonight, quite excited to start something new but also nervous about starting a class
Up early to squeeze in a HIT workout before the children wake up.........Shhhhhhhhhh, be very very quiet and keep your fingers crossed that they don't wake up
Ive been very brave and bought my first figure hugging dress for a couple of upcoming weddings, i normally go for "floaty" now i just need to develop the body confidence to wear it
Good session at my 2nd Aerial hoop class
Progressing really well at hoop, still can't really believe what my body is capable of, im doing things i never imagined my body could do
Today was a success, no chocolate or treats in sight, calories within range and a great class at hoop, happy days!
So today for the first time in my life i did a handstand!
Getting back into a workout routine, Aerials have resumed
spending some time working on my balance today
so today my timehop threw this out at me! so thankful to have finally got my weight down, i struggle alot with food and still fight daily to break bad habits maybe one day i will have it under full control
