I'm just finished day 7 of the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred challenge!
I completed the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Challenge!!!!! I am so proud of myself! I developed a solid exercise habit, and feel so much better about myself. Reaching non-weight goals is so key to motivation. ❤️🏆❤️
I found a simple method for tracking my exercise habits. I use index cards and mark a ❤️ for each day I exercise and a 🙁 for each day I miss. It has been very effective for me! I just started week thirteen, the longest I have ever kept an exercise habit going! How do you mark your progress?
