But rest days are so important and not emphasized enough on here. I feel like exercising is over emphasized on sp to the point I have become addicted in only 6 weeks. But I am going to tone it down to one hour a day instead of reaching for two just so I can get my 24 spark exercise points. The beast was about to claim me today but I stopped myself and said “I don’t want to feel this way anymore.” And walked away from the kitchen. After a week of struggle I’m finally through it.
