Just a green-eyed, dark-haired beauty with a pink rose.
I just realized, my face has lost weight!!
So I thought I was in great shape walking 7 miles a day. Nope. I started a new circuit training video yesterday and fell 10 minutes short of finishing it. That thing kicked my butt! I'm so sore all over I won't be able to move for days. But having a new challenge feels terrific bring it on!!
Found this. Thought it was important to post.

This is me on a rest day, I belong in a straight jacket lol 😂. But rest days are so important and not emphasized enough on here. I feel like exercising is over emphasized on sp to the point I have become addicted in only 6 weeks. But I am going to tone it down to one hour a day instead of reaching for two just so I can get my 24 spark exercise points. There has got to be more to life than only feeling good when I exercise.

I thought this one was important to make sure we don't have unrealistic expectations. It really helped me.
I have to admit losing weight has a drawback. I'm 16 pounds from my goal and all of a sudden my bed is too hard. My bones are pushing into the mattress and it's painful and hard to get comfortable.
Take pride in your uniqueness!
I just love this guy..

My New Years resolution is to lose the 4 pounds I gained, figure out how to maintain my weight and get my DOG to lose 4 pounds!
This made me laugh I had to share.
For those of you with at least 💯 pounds to lose I just wanted to show you I was there and it IS possible. On the left is me back in 2012 at my highest weight ever of 258 pounds. I now weigh 150.
I need some advice and help in regards to trigger foods. My daughter moved back in about a month ago and now food I never had in the house before is back and it’s all my trigger food. I can’t throw it out it’s her food. How do I get my appetite and eating back under control with this type of food in the house?
I did it! I tamed the binge beast. I got my trigger foods out of sight, I planned my meals a week in advance and I’ve already lost two pounds. The beast was about to claim me today but I stopped myself and said “I don’t want to feel this way anymore.” And walked away from the kitchen. After a week of struggle I’m finally through it. Hallelujah!
Here’s my pup Bella after losing 4.2 pounds in 5 months. From 14.2 pounds down to 10! #BeforeAndAfter
