This is week 3 of healthy living and 12 lbs down. Have set several small goals for weight as I go along. First one is under 300. I am 11 lbs away from achieving. Excited on this new journey.
Today I made my first goal of being back into the 200's. Barely but I made it.
I fell off but now back on track. Today’s weigh in says 278. Officially 40 lbs lost. I continue on this journey until I make it to 180. Im on my way! Won’t give up. We can all do this.
