16 hours fasting. 1 hour Yogallates class. And now Breakfast at noon... Eggs turkey bacon green tea and oatmeal with cinnamon and peanut butter.

Smallest my waist has ever been since having 3 kids but I have been doing a lot of depressed eating junk food... And working a lot and its soccer season so spending very little time in the gym. Trying to keep on track is hard. Decided to try this waist trainer....
I never have time for the gym. And I sit at a desk all day. So I started going to the gym during my lunch break!
On days when I feel progress is slow I must remember I carried 3 children (this is my third pg @ 127lbs May '10). And this is my favorite ab picture, taken in June '17 when I was living off spinach (@ 97lbs). Now I'm 101lbs and building more muscle everyday! But seriously abs are tough. Ugh.
