Working out goal 4-5 a week
Making a better breakfast choice!
I took a picture of this it hangs on the wall in my bedroom. I wanted it in my phone so when I have a food craving I can remember what this is all about
So last night I am preparing my low-carb meal and I decided to have a natural starch and reach for small potato and this is what I got I definitely felt the love๐๐
I did it๐ช. I'm actually posting this from the gym did a 35-minute water workout haven't been to the gym in about three months consistently so this is a good thing for me feeling great
Made a better snack choice tonight. Next time 2 instead of 4 -- progress not perfection๐
Craving chocolate ice cream. Not gon a gjve in. I want to wear this swimsuit before summers end
Today is challenging for me getting a lot of stress in my personal relationship and I had someone hit my vehicle with a cart and it's in this gray area of who's responsible for it paying for it
So I spent the morning doing some meditation on my cravings and things that I need to leave behind in order to be closer to the way that I want. I also found a site that I went 2 years ago where you can project your weight loss. I find it quite inspirational
So occasionally I get stuck eating a little fast food. I'm finding it more and more difficult to get exact nutritional information on fast food. Remember a long time ago it used to be posted on a chart in the restaurant no more. I think thats intentional. So I found a great site called www.fastfood nutrition.org. Some of the major ones are on there. One more reason for me to ditch fast food all together.
At Dr office. Down 4 lbs since last visit. That doesnt sound like alot but monthly thats 50 lbs in a year๐

Good morning Spark family. Today os the beginning of my week so I focusing on 3 things I did well and 3 things I can improve upon. Did well #1 Water intake #2 Making sure I get enough sleep #3 Being honest about what Im eating Work on #1 DTDT Ditch the drive thru #2 Night eating (saw improvement bit need to get it down cold) #3 Making meals

So I was walking in Costco today thinking oh my goodness I have so far to go on my health and losing weight! Suddenly I saw that bottle and I thought about 3 years ago when I had horrible back pain and I was going through that entire bottle in about 3 months. Now I don't take any medicine at all on a daily basis because I do exercise and I have lost 30 pounds.#thatsprogress #victory
